House Description:
Each bungalow is perfect for a coastal escape. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen makes each bungalow an excellent option for families to spend quality time together in the peaceful little fishing town of Rockport, Texas.
Bungalows are centrally located and are at the end of a street with no passing traffic in the quiet Little Bay Shores neighborhood yet still less than a 5 minute walk (or 1 minute drive 😊) to HEB, Walgreens, Spanky’s Liquor Store, Taco Bell, Jalisco Mexican Restaurant, Dairy Queen, Whataburger, Domino’s Pizza and more.
Also, you can take a nice 5 minute stroll down to Little Bay for some afternoon fishing and relaxation. Rockport Beach is only a 4 minute drive away.
Rent one or both of the bungalows. The Redfish and Trout bungalows are located right in next to each other which is perfect for multiple family trips so you can enjoy each other’s company and still have some private space to yourself!
Come and have a wonderful time in Rockport. Don’t forget to bring plenty of sunscreen and aloe vera!
The Space:
Each one has been recently updated and contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a futon in the living room for some additional bedspace.
Enjoy the coastal breezes and relax in Adirondack chairs in the front yard as you BBQ on the charcoal grill. There is also plenty of extra front yard space to play outdoor games with the kids.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances including a Keurig coffee maker.
There are two 42-inch Smart TVs where you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc… accounts via our complimentary Wi-Fi. We provide free Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV, Disney+ and ESPN+ subscriptions on all TVs. Each Bungalow has one TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
Each bungalow contains a washer and dryer for you to use as needed, especially for those long stays.
No dogs allowed unfortunately, very sorry to our furry friends.

Doors have coded locks. Guests will receive their entry code on the day of arrival.
There is ample free parking and plenty of space to park your boat as well!
