This spacious 1 bed 1 bath apartment has just been completely renovated and furnished, and is located on the upper level overlooking the pool and the well manicured gardens.
The kitchen has handleless cupboards, pull out larder, all stainless steel appliances including a Dishwasher. The island has a hob for cooking and a breakfast bar for extra seating!
The open plan living and dining area lead out to a covered balcony overlooking the fairways.
The bedroom has a king frame with a King Bed.
There is a large front second balcony outfitted with a 3 piece suite and a second and dining table overlooking the pool where one can also enjoy al fresco dining
Wifi, water and maid service forthnightly are included, as well as free laundry facilities.
We have a cap on the electricity of USD75.00 per week.
The whole apartment has mosquito screens so doors and windows can be left open to enjoy the fresh air.
