Located off the beaten path in the Arverne neighborhood of the Rockaway Peninsula in a residential community, our home offers many unobstructed views of the ocean and beach. The interiors are bright and light. Spectacular ocean views and sunsets from the second and third floors, where open floor plans maximize views and sunlight. Designed for entertaining, the beautiful kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and Silestone counters. More than 3,000 square feet of living space with 5 true bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.
Upstairs, the main living room has far reaching views up and down the beach. It leads to a large oceanfront terrace where you can dine outdoors. On the second floor are a great room with terrace, open-plan kitchen and dining room, and small sitting area. In the back of this floor are two master bedrooms. The first floor has three bedrooms, an additional living room, front and back porches and a grassy back yard.
Parking: the driveway has room for 2 cars, plus 4 parking passes to park in the neighborhood for family and friends.
This semi-detached house was completed in 2017. The size and finishings are rare for vacation rentals in the area.
We are offering two different rates: $30,000 per month in the summer. $15,000 per month in the off season. One month minimum.
