This large, private flat is just a 5-minute walk from the cathedral, far enough away from the noise of the city yet close enough to enjoy all its amenities on foot. With two garages and parking at the foot of the building, you can comfortably accommodate up to eight people with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sofa bed in the living room. Access is by lift and the building is very well kept.
The owner has lived here for many years, and has left many features to ensure the comfort of families, including all the facilities for young children. You can enjoy eating outside on the large terrace in summer and take in the views of the cathedral, or dine in the dining room adjoining the fully equipped kitchen.
The flat has two underground garages that can be accessed once you have collected the keys to the flat.

The first physical entry into the apartment is from 4pm and departure must be by 11am at the latest on the day of your departure. Arrival is unaccompanied.
