PROPERTY Down a private road and through large electronic gate opens up to a luxury Lake of Bays property. Structures include Main Cottage and Boathouse. Beautiful landscaped, heavily treed, this property is private and exclusive. The lot is level to the water's edge. No stairs! Sandy beach with shallow water is great for children. Deeper at the end of the dock. Boathouse contains a boat slip dedicated to the guest plus ample dock space for additional boats. The boathouse rooftop is a great place to enjoy the sun, with wicker love seat and 2 chairs and coffee table as well as a dining table with umbrella and 4 chairs. COTTAGE INTERIOR A beautiful open concept with log beams frames this canary-yellow cottage. A all of windows overlooking Lake of Bays and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace are the highlights of the main floor. Kitchen is galley style with stainless appliances and beautiful rock-faced leather granite countertops. Dining table seats 10. Main floor bathroom with shower. Main floor has a newer 2017 Master king bedroom with ensuite and 2 sided fireplace. There is also a new Muskoka Room on the main floor. Second floor contains 3 bedrooms, master with a King bed with a door from the master to the second floor bathroom. Of the two other bedrooms, one is Queen and one has two Twins. The Master and the 2nd bedroom overlook the lake and contain a double sided gas fireplace and ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom also has a ceiling fan. All bedrooms have open ceilings to create a light and airy cottage effect. The second-floor bathroom has a standalone designer bathtub and separate shower.
