Spacious ranch home drenched in natural light on quiet street near tech campus. Features a modern chef's kitchen, modern eclectic interior design including custom art, antiques and unique furnishings, beautiful outdoor space with grill and fire pit, hammock and more.
It's on a quiet safe street in a residential subdivision that is connected by a sidewalk that connects to the LATech campus (10 minute walk) which ties into the downtown and rock island greenway (total of 9 miles of walking/biking). It is centrally located in the city in Ruston and just minutes from downtown where the peach festival is held and there are restaurants, galleries, local shopping and services) and campus for those renting the property for LATech associated academic or sports/events travelers. The home has an eclectic design and feel and was built in the 1950s with original floors. Two large dens, full gourmet kitchen with nice cookware, Netflix/Amazon/WiFi included. Gorgeous magnolia and pine trees plus 5 other species of trees shade the lot all day. Large deck in back, large covered porch in front. Plenty of parking.
