Positive: Location, view, nice and friendly staff, fast check-in and checkout, restaurant.
Negative: Hotel need some updates like internal lifts, decking outside pool, hallways walls colour is so dark, pillows and duvets need to be changed for new as these which we had were old, flat and looks tired, living room sofas need proper cleaning, lift to the beach work just one way...you can go down but if you would back from the beach must walk around 1 mile to top of the hill...last few days 1 lift was fine inside hotel ( busy specially during breakfast and dinner), lack of parking space...in 13 days just once find parking next to entrance, must park down the street or even another street. Same breakfast every day.
