It has two balconies (front faces the Guadalupe River and the rear is a great place to watch deer and other wildlife roam the property. Summary: We spent one night while visiting our son. House and property is beautiful! Steps from river. Bedroom has huge comfy bed. Home has 3 comfy couches. Huge living room. We kayaked, fished and then watched a movie on the comfy couch with the kids. Huge porch that faces river. Many activities in town and good food options.
