Pet-friendly, comfortable holiday house overlooking the Wagonga Inlet, fully equipped for an easy, self-catering holiday. This light-filled, three-bedroom house sleeps six and is in walking distance of beaches and Narooma township. We have implemented additional cleaning measures in response to Covid-19. The Space Riverview Beach House has: • an open-plan living area with combined kitchen and dining • large front deck with gate • back deck with barbecue • 3 bedrooms (2 x QB, 2 x SB) Bathroom and laundry There is a newly renovated bathroom upstairs. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A laundry with washer and dryer is under the house. There is a second toilet in the laundry. Heating/cooling • reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating in the living area • portable fans and heaters for each bedroom Entertainment • Wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Stan, bluetooth soundbar, DVD player and DVD library • board games and puzzles Yard and parking The yard is not fenced but there is a gate at the top of the stairs on the covered front deck and the small open back deck is also enclosed. Ample off-street boat and car parking. Location The township and Bar Beach are within walking distance. Bring your bikes to cycle into town or to nearby beaches. Riverview Beach House is: • walking distance to dog-friendly Bar Beach • near Mill Bay boardwalk (easily accessible via path under bridge) • 5 mins drive to Apex Boat Ramp • next to the Narooma to Dalmeny coast bike path • close to Narooma Golf Club and the heated indoor swimming pool • 10 minute walk to IGA supermarket and Montague Coffee • close to cinema, restaurants and shops, including Woolworths. Fresh seafood is almost at your doorstep at Narooma Bridge, and the popular Quarterdeck restaurant is only a short drive. On Saturdays you can get fresh, local produce at either the Moruya or Tilba markets. Linen Beds made up and doona covers are freshly washed for each visit. Just bring beach towels! Pets Pets are welcome,. Please note the yard is not enclosed, however the covered front deck has a gate. The open back deck is also enclosed. Please let me know if you are travelling with your pet. Please bring bedding and towels for your pet. A dog bowl is provided. This property is NON SMOKING.
