Positive: The communication with the host was very easy and informative. The check-in time was adjusted to suit our needs for a small extra fee. The description of the apartment, facilities and photos were accurate. The location of the apartment is great, allowing easy exploration of central London on foot
Negative: The sofa bed is not the best for a comfortable sleep, but that is the only drawback if you are not very sensitive to the train noise in the evening and morning. For us, the noise was not an issue :-)
