While Brookview Lodges primary use has been for the winter/ski season, spring, summer and fall are lovely in VT and there’s a myriad of activities to be found within a few minutes of the house.
This includes fishing, golf, hiking, swimming and kayaking at the nearby Adams Reservoir at Woodford State Park, outdoor concerts, fun runs, beer and wine festivals to name a few!
Please note that Hot tub use hours are from 7am - 11pm. Quiet time, especially outside is from 11pm-7am. No house parties are permitted.

Summary: We look for a new place each ski season for a large extended family. And of course we need lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and parking spaces. This house was perfect for everything we needed. The fireplace and the hot tub were enjoyed by all. The house is a few minutes from the SkyShip Gondola. Overlooking the river each morning was a bonus. We had a great time and I would book again in the future.
