4 Bedroom House in Logan

Located in Downtown Logan WV just a 1/2 mile from the Bearwallow Hatfield McCoy Trail connector. Our 4 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps up to 10 people and sits on a spacious riverside lot where you can ride your ATV or do some fishing. We offer all the amenities of home including High Speed Internet, TV, Full Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Outdoor Grill, Fire Pit, and water hose to clean ATVs. It doesn’t matter what brings you to town, we’ll go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your trip to our city.
Located directly on the banks of the Guyandotte river with a large deck overlooking the river. Fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with high speed internet, TV, full kitchen, outdoor grill and fire pit. Only a 1/2 mile ride to the Hatfield McCoy downtown Logan connector (view video of how close we are to trail here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjY8I1O9MXo ). Private road leads down to the riverbank where you can ride your ATVs, fish or bring a tent to camp out. Very friendly and helpful hosts! There is 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and twin bed located on the lower level. On the 2nd level there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 room with bunk beds and another bathroom. The bunk bed room located on the 2nd level is attached to a bedroom that has a queen bed. We received a complaint from a guest who was unhappy that bedrooms were attached and that you had to walk through one to get to another so I wanted that information to be provided to future guests before booking.
The trailhouse is located directly behind our home and we will be available and willing to help out 24/7 and will make sure that you have an enjoyable trip to our city. If we’re away or at work you’ll be able to reach us on our cell phones.
If you’re interested in riding Hatfield McCoy trails other than Bearwallow we’re just 14 miles from Man (Rockhouse), 28 miles from Delbarton (Buffalo), 35 miles from Matewan (Devil Anse) and 25 Miles from Gilbert (Rockhouse)
Our city is ATV friendly so you can legally ride your ATV on the roads to numerous stores and restaurants including Wendy’s, McDonalds, Taco Bell, El Torito Mexican Restaurant, China Fortune, Chirico’s Italian, Giovanni’s Pizza, Tudors Biscuit World and many more. There is a gas station in town to fuel up and also a Dollar General. We’re just 4 miles from Walmart and 2 miles from Kroger. There are also two ATV dealers in town in case something breaks on your machine. There is a propane grill and propane fireplace on the deck for our guests to use.
There is enough parking on the street in front of the home to accommodate 3 vehicles with trailers. We have a private parking lot located 75 yards from the house big enough to accommodate trailers of any size!
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to obey a 10:00pm curfew for riding ATVs.
The Hatfield McCoy trails are closed after dark and the City of Logan has adopted an ordinance making it illegal to ride on city streets from 10pm-7am.
When you stay with us you’ll have our entire riverbank property to use as your playground. Access to the riverbank portion of the property may be difficult for some tenants due to incline and uneven surface. Bring a fishing rod to do some fishing or bring a tent to camp out. Our place is unique because we’re located in the city but it feels like you’re in the country with our private riverside lot. Feel free to message us with any questions!

Guest further assumes full responsibility for the actions of any and all persons whom he may allow to enter the property during the rental period and indemnifies Owner from any and all claims arising from such other persons.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants herein contained, Guest has read and agreed to the following:
I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I am agreeing to rent accommodations, equipment, and use of the property and land. I acknowledge and accept that the sole responsibility for safety lies with the participant. In agreeing to this, I acknowledge that outdoor, mountain, water, and camping activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death. Riverbanks, streams, steps and decks can be slippery, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities. I know that alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity.
I am over the age of 24 and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18. I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to me or to any person on the property as a result of my visit and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me. Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for the minor children and myself in my charge and visit the property and equipment and engage in activities or events at my own risk.
I will abide by the rules and accept these rental conditions:

The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented and I will be responsible for all damage and/or loss that occurs during my rental period.
I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify the Owner of the Rental Property against all loss, damage, expense and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the rental dwellers, the undersigned or to any minor child or children in the charge of the undersigned, howsoever rising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees, owners or animals of the said company or property owners or not.
I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition (if found otherwise per my arrival I will contact Owner immediately) and further agree that the Owner of the Rental Property shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising, whether property or equipment is loaned or rented.
I enter into agreement freely with the Owner of the Rental Property at my own risk, acknowledging the risks inherent in outdoor and river activities and assume any and all responsibility for the minor children and myself in my charge.
All parties agree to and will comply with Federal, State and County pollution laws and any other applicable laws and regulations.
