ON THE RIVER! RiverRidge Getaway is a 3-bedroom 3 bath home located right on the Rio Ruidoso in the Upper Canyon! The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms and bathroom. The master has a king bed and an on-suite bathroom with a standup shower. The second room features two queen-sized beds and access to the outside. The guest bathroom downstairs has a shower/tub combo. The large kitchen upstairs is well-stocked with everything you need to cook your family's favorite meal! You will love how at home you feel here, as this cabin has been a family cabin for many years, and they are excited to share it with you. The large, open floor plan leaves plenty of room for the whole group to hang out, cook together, play games, and relax! The sofa pulls out to a sleeper for the kids to catch some zzz's. You will love listening to the river from the back deck and you might even catch a glimpse of some wildlife! Here you'll see deer, elk, turkey, and in the warmer months maybe even a black bear. (This cabin is NOT pet friendly, please, NO pets.)

Summary: This property was perfect for a small family reunion. The floor plan is very open & we had no problem seating 12 people for meals & visiting. The deck overlooking a stream was a huge bonus & our group loved seeing all of the bird life. The house is very comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We definitely recommend this vacation home!
