AspenHaus RIver's Edge is perfectly situated on the banks of the Big Thompson River & is just steps away from the community playground. This home is located a short walk into the Rocky Mountain National Park, 1/2 mile to the YMCA of the Rockies, 2 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of RMNP and 3.5 miles to the town center.
The main level great room has a river rock wood-burning fireplace which is flanked by living, dining and kitchen space.... simply the ideal family gathering place!
From the great room you can step out onto the fantastic 2 level deck which is equipped with a Weber natural gas grill. Enjoy an excellent view of the Big Thompson River and take in the perfectly clear Colorado sky where you might want to reach out to grab a star!
The main floor master bedroom en-suite has a double-sided gas fireplace with a jaccuzi tub. This bedroom has riverside views.
The second level of AspenHaus River's Edge has two bedrooms (a queen-sized bed in one and a queen with 2 twins in the other). There is a full bath on this level also with a jacuzzi tub.
A second family room with wet bar and gas fireplace, two more bedrooms (one queen and 2 twins) and a full bathroom are located in the lower level. From here is access to another deck for wildlife viewing.... or enjoy a good book while catching a mesmerizing bird's eye view of the Big Thompson River!
A two car attached garage space comes with this rental. There is also a main floor laundry room.
AspenHaus River's Edge has two adjoining lots for added privacy. The west-side lot is adjacent to the new commercial grade community playground area.
As our guest you will enjoy access to shared common fishing, picnic and playground areas along the Big Thompson river...all right outside your door!!
From the doorsteps of AspenHaus enjoy a short woodsy walk along the Big Thompson River and emerge to expansive views of Moraine Park. Visit the museum, catch the shuttle to other RMNP destinations or continue your hike on to Cub Lake where you will have extraordinary opportunities to view herds of elk along the way.

By booking this home you agree to comply to the following-
● Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property (inside and/or outside). Including on the entire HOA common ground area.
● No open fires of any kind are allowed including charcoal grill or campfires. Fireworks in any form are not permitted.
● No camping allowed on our property.
● Campers, mobile/motor homes, ATV's, snowmobiles, trailers, etc. are not allowed per HOA covenants.
● Loud music or other activities that interfere with our neighbors are not permitted.
● The posted speed limit is 15-MPH. Please do not exceed the speed limit. There are children playing in area!! Please watch for wildlife on the roads as well.
● While walking in the neighborhood please stay on the roads and do not cut through neighborhood yards.
Note - No weddings, rehearsal dinners, group events, etc. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 total (10 adults maximum). The total includes day guests who must be approved by the manager. No Exceptions!!
This home is privately owned, and the manager reserves the right to terminate occupancy prior to scheduled departure in the event that the owner determines that conduct is inappropriate, poses an unreasonable risk to the property or is inconsistent with the best interests of our neighbors.
