Summary: Good location and nice condo. Neighborhood was noisy ( maybe more so for me because I live in the country). I tried to keep my dog with me but he was freaked out by the noise so I had to make other arrangements for his care. The unit had everything necessary for a long stay. My only complaint would be the fact that the unit is almost all carpeted except for the kitchen. Allowing pets in a rental with carpet is not the best idea.i felt there was a slight odor when you first enter the unit probably due to the carpet? Grand Rapids has a lot to offer and it was nice to be on the riverfront.
