2 Bedroom House in River Breeze Estates, Ormond Beach

A 2 bedroom, 1 bath beachside bungalow that is on a quiet residential street that is just 200 steps from a no-drive beach in Ormond by the Sea. Completely updated with a large kitchen, terrazzo floors throughout, a 1 car garage and screened in lanai in the back. We're pet and family friendly, the backyard is completely fenced in. High speed wireless internet that stream to Roku enabled TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is large enough to whip up your grandest meals. The house comes with 2 cruiser bicycles to take you to nearby shopping or dining or just to take in the whole beach scene, there is a sidewalk that parallels AIA for miles in each direction.
The Riverbreeze Bungalow is available for seasonal rent, minimum 30 day rentals. Contact the owner for longer stays.
No parking on the grass. No trailers allowed. The driveway can hold 2 cars, 3 possibly if they are small.
For pet owners, please limit outdoor time if continuous barking happens. Please pick up pest waist no later than the morning of your departure
