There is good reason: the privacy and location are divine, yet only 10 minutes to downtown Ellijay's award-winning shops and eateries. But the winning view is the secret here - this is one of the widest sections of the Coosawattee (over 200 feet wide!), and the river is so crystal clear you can spot trout from the deck.
Unplug and unwind on the deck with a glass of wine or cup of coffee, enjoy the view and ever-present sound of rushing water. A few things you’ll love about the outdoor living space:

You’ll be staying at Coosawattee River Resort, a gated 5,500+ acre mountain and river community. The resort features several amenities including: three pools (including heated indoor pool & kiddie pool), game room, weight & exercise room, 18-hole mini golf, multiple playgrounds and riverside parks, fenced dog park, stocked fishing pond, tennis court, pickleball, basketball hoops, and rentable event space. To gain access to the amenities, guests must pick up an amenities card from the resort (limit: 8 guests).
