Positive: We were right on the water and was able to keep our boat in the water tied to the dock. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food from Pops was great!
Negative: The motor home was parked right next to the restaurant and office/store in the parking lot. With people walking continually to and from the restaurant and office/store right in front of you. This situation didn't make it a quiet, peaceful and private place to relax outside. You could hear the noise inside as well. The traffic of people was approximately between 6am to 2pm and then from 4pm to 5pm.
