Indoor pool, 2 full kitchens, rec room with pool table and ping pong, 4 TVs with DirecTV, large living room and dining room, 5 bedrooms with loft space, 4.5 bathrooms. Very unique house on 8.5 beautiful acres right on Lake Osoyoos where it narrows down to a river. Master bedroom has a large King bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with a loft space that holds a full-size futon. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed. The large loft has 3 twin beds. The downstairs bedroom can option as a family room. It has a day bed with a trundle that can be used as two twins or a king. There is also a king-size hide-a-bed in that room. The rec room has a queen-size hide-a-bed. The living room has a twin-size futon. The house is located on Lake Osoyoos, so there is much to do on the water. There is a baseball diamond across the street and some great hikes nearby. The wildlife and view at the house are amazing. Pets are not allowed in the house. There is a garage and a shop, so if you would like to bring a pet and keep it in there that would be fine. No smoking. Guests are responsible for missing items or damages. If the home is exceptionally dirty requiring excessive cleaning, the guest will be charged for that service.
