2 Bedroom Cottage in Indianapolis
This home is located on 2 acres of land on spirt lake in Broad ripple. The house sleeps up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The couch does make into a bed and we have a air mattress as well.
This is an historic property going back to the Dawson family, the founding family of Broad ripple in the early 1700's. This property was built in 1930's out of river rock from what was then a quarry. It took us 3 challenging years to renovation this 1935 river rock bungalow. Worth all the ups and downs.
The home has a great deck that wraps around the house for eating outdoors and relaxing. The house is also handicapped friendly on the main floor, with a ramp to enter the home and a roll in/walk in shower.
We receive many inquiries for small weddings and events. We would only consider events of less than 30 people for a price of five thousand dollars. That does not include Vrbo tax and fees. We would require a higher damage deposit along with the $99 insurance protection. A separate bathroom facility is required as well as a small tent for a rain plan. Only people staying over night would be allowed in the home during the event.

The space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owners control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the Owner’s control, Owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest’s responsibility to notify Owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems Owner is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems cause by actions of Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Owner of any problems.
We do offer discounted month to month rental agreements.
