Located just a block from the Platinum Chairlift, this Townhouse is one of the few, unique properties in Red River that offers both Ski-Area Views as well as River Frontage. You'll be able to enjoy breathtaking mountain views as well as access the river directly from the property and fish to your hearts content, off your back deck or across the street in the Town Ponds! More incredible views from the upstairs balcony! The River John Townhouse is 1 of 3 Townhouses in this complex.
As you walk inside, you will find yourself right at home in the cozy living room with a rock wood-burning fireplace and Satellite TV. Ceiling fans throughout, with an open floor plan on the main level with the kitchen, living room, dining room as well as a half-bath. A fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy the nice sized deck out the back door, on the river, with a propane grill.
This property sleeps 6, with 2 upstairs bedrooms. There is TV in each bedroom. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and it's own bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has one Full bed, plus a Bunk bed with Full size mattress on top and bottom bunk, also with it's own bathroom with a tub/shower and a deck with views of the ski area and the fishing ponds. Clean linens/towels, toiletries, trash bags and toilet paper are provided.
Relax and enjoy a movie with a small collection of videos provided, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
Outside, enjoy breathtaking mountain and pond views, from the upstairs deck and relax on the back riverside deck and enjoy peace and tranquility of the river, fish right from the deck, watch skiers brave the slopes or enjoy a torchlight parade & fireworks!
Parking is limited to 2 spaces. Parking is first come first served. Additional parking is available street-side. Free Shuttle Service provided by the town of Red River can get you anywhere you need to go around town, with just a simple phone call.

A RATION OF FIREWOOD IS AVAILABLE IN THE WINTER MONTHS ONLY FROM NOVEMBER-MAY.
PET Policy: Pets are allowed. (maximum 25 lbs 2 pet max) A $50 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be added to your reservation. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 charge if pet is not registered with paid rent fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service for you.
No trailer parking is allowed. Trailer parking is available at the municipal lot located in town on the corner of Jacks & Sixes and River Street.
*During Winter months, you may need to move vehicles from. street-side parking to allow for snow plowing activities.
**Torchlight Parade & Fireworks takes place on Saturday nights during ski season as well as certain holidays. Check with Red River Ski Area for more information.
