For outdoor enthusiasts, there's direct access to the riverbank and a private deck where you can soak up the sun. The property also features a dock and boat ramp, along with two kayaks available for guest use. Whether you're planning a wedding, reception, group gathering, family reunion, or any other event, this venue is perfect for creating unforgettable memories.
The main level boasts an extra spacious living room with a vaulted tin ceiling and a beautiful copper-trimmed fireplace. It seamlessly connects to the equally spacious dining room. Additionally, there's a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub, two bedrooms with double beds (one with a connecting bathroom and shower), and a laundry room on this level.
Ascending the wooden stairs with an ornate metal railing, you'll find three more bedrooms on the upper level. The first bedroom is oversized, featuring three queen beds. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The third and most exclusive bedroom is the master suite, tastefully decorated with a king bed and a connected master bathroom. A walk-out deck off the master bedroom provides stunning views of the Osage River.
