This is a custom built home sitting on 5 acres along the South Umpqua River in the peaceful, wooded, Cascade Mountains. This is a great location for swimming, nearby hunting and fishing, hiking and sightseeing.
The house has an open floor plan and covered porches, both front and rear, with a patio off of the rear porch.
This property is perfect for small family reunions and get togethers. It is also a great central location for many day trips. Nearby attractions include, South Umpqua Falls, many hiking trails and several secluded, pristine high lakes, accessible only by foot or horseback.
