An immediate full and complete renovation converted the space into its current plush and relaxing atmosphere and is now available to you and your guests for the first time in 2013. Our home features a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, full kitchen, with loft-style dining and living rooms with European Travertine stone floors throughout. Every inch has been aesthetically upgraded and features especially stunning bathroom showers, new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and an elegant dining room chandelier hung from custom built wood ceilings that are found throughout the residence. We would like to additionally highlight our one-of-a-kind dining room table. It's an eighteenth century wood door from Southern colonial Africa, shipped to the US and converted into a table with a glass top. Sleeps 6 guests. Master bedroom features a new Sealy Posture-Pedic king-size bed with ocean view, and the guest bedroom has a Sealy queen bed and also a bunk bed with twin on top, full on bottom – all beds are brand-new. The guest bedroom has an attaching garden balcony with BBQ. There’s also a dual-accessed balcony off the master and dining room which features stunning ocean view, Catalina Island, and sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. This wonderful view is also present from the kitchen and living room though a pair of large conjoining corner windows. Also, each and every room has brand-new cable connected high-def flat-screen TV, free wireless internet access, and free long-distance domestic telephone service for your entertainment and convenience. Comfort and relaxation await you inside this debut California Ivory Coast beach retreat. The location is unmatched. Just across a small road a breathtaking viewpoint awaits, which hosts an unobstructed view of the beach, ocean, coastline, sunset, Catalina, and the Strands Beach Estates - a beyond-multi-million-dollar community. 100 steps down and through this neighborhood you will find yourself beachfront at one of the cleanest and most spacious white-sand beaches, with perfect surfing and boogie boarding waves. After the daytime activities are over you and your guest(s) could be found among the local elite's company at the nearby Ritz-Carlton Hotel. For more casual dining, we would highly recommend RJ's near the Dana Point Harbor for breakfast. If you are from outside the area, you will find Disneyland 35 minutes up the 5 freeway. This stretch of beachfront is perfect for strolls, jogs, or expeditions. There is about 2 miles of white sand beach from the Dana Point to Monarch Bay beach, with stunning estates adorning the hillsides for the entirety. After that is a Hawaiian-type snorkeling cove with rocks and cliffs. We invite you to experience our little slice of Heaven. This condo can only be rented once every 30 days.
