Everything about this Penthouse residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. Features stunning 180 degree postcard-perfect views of the Pacific Ocean and Intercostal. This residence features three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Palm Beach in a quiet, quality environment. Accordingly, we do ask our guests to provide a description of themselves and their party in terms of profession and backgrounds. MY PRICES ARE FIRM AND I AM NOT OFFERING DISCOUNTS. Luxurious living at its finest! Enjoy this spectacular Penthouse residence featuring two huge balconies. One balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and opening off the living room, kitchen and the master bedroom. The second balcony opening off the second and third bedrooms with incredible views of the Inter coastal at sunset from this new-ultra-luxury Penthouse Residence. The expansive views from this three bedroom Penthouse unit encompass the Pacific Ocean, the inlet, West Palm beach and the Inter coastal. This 2,855 square foot condo has a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and a large master suite with Marble floors throughout, Custom Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter tops and Miele appliances. This is a new development with award winning accolades and amazing amenities. The development includes two pools, one on/or actually in the beach (see pictures), regular deck pool, on-site restaurant, two private movie theaters, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms, private cabanas, concierge service and private entrance. There are private cabanas and covered lounge chairs available around the pool. There are so many palm trees that you feel like you are in the Caribbean except you can go shopping in West Palm Beach! Singer Island is located just minutes from famous Palm Beach Island, PBI Airport, Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Cityplace in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Golf Courses. Everything you want for rest and relaxation is right here with minimal driving...10 minutes to everything! Other things to note: Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $225 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings. PLEASE NOTE: This a privately owned and managed condominium and is not affiliated with the Ritz Carton. Currently all amenities are available, however some amenities may be subject to to government and building regulations that may limit their availability due to Covid - 19. There will be no refunds ifshall be permitted in the property at anytime. Additional Day or Night visitors are not permitted. You will not be able to access the property until our 3pm check in time.
