Summary: We’ve stayed at this property many times. This was the first time the process was to check in at the front desk. Which, I prefer. But when we checked in, at 1000pm in the evening. We were told they did not have our reservation. Property owner apologized and was able to work it out. My suggestion is call the Hotel as well a few days before you check in to this property.
