Summary: Lorenza greeted us and made us comfortable. She is an amazing ambassador for the hotel and Naples more generally. Lorenza warned us about mosquitos and provided a vapour insectide repellent. We spent quite a bit of time clearing the room of the mosquitos, so bring some repellent to put on your skin. The hotel kindly organised an early morning transfer to the airport.
