This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath second floor condo has high speed internet and a split floor plan. The master bedroom features a new king size bed (2024) and flat screen TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with linen closet. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, a walk-in closet, TV for your Roku or Fire stick, and ensuite full bathroom with linen closet. The bright kitchen looks into the living room and is well-equipped with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, and Keurig. The living room features new flooring and furniture (2023), new Smart TV, and dining area. Enjoy breakfast in the pleasant morning sunlight on the rear lanai (CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION).
Every evening, stroll with a cocktail down to the private bay beach to put your feet in the sand, have a seat by the pool, or find a tiki table to sit at and enjoy the amazing view of each unique sunset over Boca Ciega Bay.
