Positive: We really like most everything. Very clean, lots of pillows which was nice but unfortunately none of the extra pillow cases fit them, they were too small.
Negative: I received emails daily up to the day before we were to arrive and then nothing. I did not get my keycode the day before or even the day of until I called you, Vacasa, from the driveway of the rental. Thankfully we had received the wifi information several days earlier, because we had no cell service at the rental when we arrived. I signed into the wifi and luckily was able to join and call you, otherwise we would have had to drive into town after an already extremely long drive, to find wifi. I did look at my email/texts after connecting to wifi but there was nothing from you so it wasn't an internet issue. I felt like I had to call Vacasa several times for information I felt should have been left in the unit for easy access, like: Pool Code, if we had a code to the garage or a garage door opener, code to the key box - which the key in the box did not work in our unit's doors, but that wasn't too big a problem. Comfort wise - the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean (not necessarily your fault) whoever ran the dishwasher last didn't take the Finish Tab out of the package so they didn't get washed properly and got put back in the cabinet just rinsed.
Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
