Riley Ranch is a beautiful custom built ranch style home with mountain views of Mount St Helens. There is a large deck with a Hot Tub overlooking the landscape. This home is for the entire family/group to enjoy! Including the furry ones! The beautiful landscape of the PNW is not missing from the list of perks for this home. 5 acres of space, gated entry, large firepit, field for family games like football, volleyball, disc golf and a garage gym, set this property apart from anything else!
We would love to hear about your trip and provide any tips about the local area. We do utilize a cohost who lives nearby. We also have a separate over-garage apartment space that is occupied to the far right of the house. This long-term renter has a separate space that is fenced off.
This home is off of a gravel road, on a private drive, fully fenced and gate to the front of the house. Very Private country setting.
