Summary: The property manager texted us check information - which was helpful and remained available throughout the trip. The back door was unlocked upon arrival. The pool was very cold, without instructions on how to heat it, but we were able to figure it out. Pool was murky and worsened with use. Backyard was disheveled with porch furniture cushions falling apart. Outdoor fridge was working and was a very convenient and beneficial addition. There were several maintenance concerns - broken electrical outlets, outlets not working, and old cable dangling out from the wall. We had to be vigilant with out two-year old. The kitchen sink leaks and the bucket accumulating the leaking water was full of foul-smelling moldy water, which I took the liberty of emptying and replacing. In addition the dishwasher was not functional which was known prior to check in but the property manager did not offer that information until I asked about it once we were unable to get the load of dishes going. VERY inconvenient for a FAMILY vacation. In general, the bedrooms were tidy and comfortable, there were enough linens and kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time
