4 Bedroom House in Dewey Beach

This listing is a duplex that is rented as one unit. Side A is a one bedroom/one bath with an extra sleeping area upstairs. Side B is a 2 bedroom, one bath, both units have kitchens. This unique set up is great for in-laws or groups of small families. There is enough parking spaces for four cars. We only rent both units together as (1) rental I will not rent the 2 sides separately. Please note: the bathrooms on both sides are on the first floor. The bedrooms are on the second floor. This is a little over a block to the ocean and right around the corner from the main street and the Starboard. There is a nice courtyard with picnic tables. Pets (1) dog is permitted with an additional $150 pet fee. (2) dogs are permitted with an additional $50 added to the pet fee. Landlord must be made aware, and approve pets before reservation.

Summary: We had a great week. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I was worried about the noise level from the bars on the street and street noise but it was quiet. My son and DIL’s dog and 2 small kids enjoyed the yard.
