Positive: The location was perfect for us, with the Sky Train station just over the road giving us easy access to downtown Vancouver and other attractions. Richmond is a great location for eating out, with many options, especially Chinese.
Negative: Check-in was difficult because I didn't have Global Roaming activated to contact the host for handover instructions. A key safe is a better option.
Summary: Location, location, location. Close to airport, public transport, shops & restaurants.
