Negative: The property looks good, is well kept, but people working there are totally disappointing. I paid for a double room with a double bed and they wanted to give us a room with 3 separate beds. Only after showing them pictures of the room I booked and insisting a lot, they gave us the right room. Which, by the way, was available and located next to the initial room, just to see the absurd of the situation. They serve breakfast on the rooftop, you have to climb 3-4 levels on narrow steps. My parents are old and cannot climb and descend that much. I asked if it’s possible to serve them breakfast at the ground floor lobby. They accepted in the end, but after I had to insist, the lady in the reception pretended she doesn’t understand, smirking. Not good attitude at all.
Summary: Nice place with not that nice people working there.
