Summary: Overall, our stay was good, but there were several issues that affected our experience. We were initially given the wrong room, which was too small and uncomfortable, lacking adequate wardrobe space or drawers. Fortunately, after raising a complaint, we were moved to a better room, which improved our stay significantly. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the pool was clean and enjoyable, though unfortunately too small and shallow for my liking. The hotel’s location is fantastic, but clearer information regarding access to the beach area would have been helpful. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were of good quality, with a nice variety. However, I was disappointed with the fish, which didn’t meet my expectations. The entertainment provided was great, but the venue was too small to comfortably accommodate all guests. At times, we found ourselves seated in the opposite direction of the performers, which took away from the experience. While the reception staff were polite, but sometimes we felt a general lack of warmth, kindness, and empathy, particularly from one staff member named Tanio, who was unhelpful in assisting us with access to the tennis table. Despite what was advertised, we had no opportunity to play ping pong during our stay. The hotel bikes were a nice feature, though they could use more maintenance and an update.
