2 Bedroom House in Petersburg

(The Bank will not be available as of January 2020.) This 100-year-old bank was left to ruin, after a larger bank bought it out and closed it down. The open design of the Bank makes it ideal for 2-3 adults plus children. The only bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom, off the kitchen. **Note: If you are one family with more than 5 children coming (NOT adult children :)), and many of them are young, send an inquiry to me with how many adults, how many children plus their ages, and we will consider going over the maximum in this case. The Bank's septic system is also "historic", and we have to treat it with tender loving care! The vault is now a bedroom, with a twin over full bunk bed. There's also a TV with video player in the vault (no TV reception), just in case you want to lock your kids in there for a while. (Kidding...the steel vault door is wired open :) The main teller's area is now the living room with TV/DVD. Plus a table if your group is larger and wants to eat meals in this spacious room. The living room has a twin day bed, and a twin trundle bed. Off the living room is the former office area, which now has a queen size bed, a large reading chair with ottoman, and a nice-sized closet filled with extra linens, blankets, and some games and puzzles. The kitchen is in the back of the bank--this was the employees' area. It comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, and a small dining area. Off the kitchen is the laundry area, and that leads to the full bath, with tub/shower, towels and washcloths, plus hairdryer. (NOTE: The only bathroom is located at the back of the Bank, accessed through the main bedroom and the kitchen.) Check-in: 4 pm EST. Check-out: 11 am EST
