Beautifully new renovated home in la Quita in the best neighborhood. The perfect vacation home for a fun and relaxing get-away. With the open space kitchen concept, an all new island and white raised panel cabinets, stainless steel large sink and appliances, 5 burner electric cook-top all contribute to a fully stocked and gorgeous cook's kitchen for a great coversation and entertaining area for families and friends.
FIRE PIT and BARBECUE at the beautiful private back yard .
Two bedroom each has one big queen bed and one bedroom with two double beds all done in calm grey with pops of color. The master bedroom has french doors that open to a lush green backyard with pink Bogainvillea flowers and outdoor dining table and a small lounge area for a fresco dining experience with gas grill or step out to enjoy the smell of jasmine flowers while sipping on your morning coffee or tea. It also has it's own bathroom with sliding wood doors and stone tiling in showers and calm grey tone to make it a tranquil and pampering place to get ready for your day of shopping, lounge by the pool, afternoon game of tennis, or your night on the town.
THIS IS NO PARTIES ,NO SMOKING HOUSE, NO PETS .
You and your guests can find relaxation in the family room, with a 55" flat screen TV with cable and Netflix, while enjoying the open space of the adjoining living, kitchen and dining areas. The bright red front door of the house takes you out to the newly constructed private pool area where you can enjoy swimming or just lounging while taking in the sun and the breathtaking views of the mountains. Perfect spot for kids and adults with plenty of pool float options to relax and splash and have fun. Pool heater and saltwater for more sanitary.
Pool heater charge per day is $50 minimum 2 to 3 days.

Summary: My wife and I spent 2 months in this property just a couple of blocks from the Cove and Bear Creek trails in February and March. The location is also close to Old Town LaQuinta and provides convenient access to groceries, food options and shopping. We used this house as a base to explore the area as we had not been there before. The house was nicely equipped with everything one would need while being away from home. The layout worked well for us and we enjoyed the pool when the weather cooperated (rained quite a bit while we were there), but the moisture made the views of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountains from the house spectacular with the mountains so green from the moisture, they were snowcapped a couple of days too. Owners were attentive to our needs and quick to respond to a couple of things that came up. We enjoyed our communication with them and appreciated their desire to make our stay memorable one. The house was great, grilling in the back yard was a plus, and the feel of the neighborhood very pleasant and safe. We walked all over the nearby desert trails and the neighborhood daily and rode our bikes as well. All in all, we sincerely enjoyed our time at the house and would recommend the property without question.
