Upstairs, you will find five beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which feature private attached bathrooms, while the other two share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom and bathroom are isolated from the other, offering added privacy and comfort for your stay. One of the highlights of our home is the stunning screened-in porch. And, just a short walk away, you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants, markets, and bakeries to explore and enjoy. Parents and relatives of students attending nearby schools will find our convenient proximity to the following institutions: Rumsey Hall School, Canterbury School, The Taft School, Forman School, The Woodhall School, The Glenholme School, Avon Old Farms School, The Frederick Gunn School, Miss Porter's School, Loomis Chaffee School, and Choate Rosemary Hall. The house has recently undergone renovations and updates, including new doors, screens, windows, spray foam insulation, and no draft issues. Natural gas is available for heating, the oven, the cooktop, and hot water. The double natural gas oven provides convenient and efficient meal preparation. The boiler and tankless water heater also run on natural gas, ensuring a consistent hot water supply.
