Our charming 3,400 sq. ft. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom historic home is located in the heart of one of Fredericksburg's quaint residential neighborhoods, just 3 blocks from Main Street. Orchard House can sleep up to 12 guests making this the perfect place for a family get together, girl's weekend or couples retreat! It is central to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. From shopping, to one-of-a-kind dining experiences and wine tours, this home is the perfect all-season Fredericksburg getaway!
Tastefully decorated to maintain the home's historic features, the spacious interior includes two fireplaces, one in the main living space and the other in the master bedroom (please note the fireplaces are not currently in service), an upstairs bunk-style bedroom, large master bath with garden tub and walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and new furnishings, bedding and decor throughout. The home has business grade wifi and a premium cable package including HBO, Showtime, and NFL Network.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
