Positive: Great size apartment & good location for public transport.
Negative: The apartment needs a lot of TLC. Areas of dirty marks over doors, mould on living room window blind, bedroom window blind completely missing & we had to use a towel to cover window. Beds too low & badly positioned in corners, mattresses dirty & not very comfortable. Owner needs to have flat properly cleaned and replace some fixtures.
