This luminous oceanview penthouse condo with a large semi-private terrace is in an ideal location overlooking the La Ventana Bay/Sea of Cortés. This is a self-check-in property but you’ll need to check in at the front desk. There’s a gate code to gain access to the parking area. Any access codes needed will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival.

North of the condo complex is El Sargento and south is La Ventana. This area along La Ventana Bay is wonderful for enjoying the beauty of a true Mexican fishing village away from the bustling town center. This area is perfect for outdoor adventures and water sports, especially kite surfing! But you’ll have options for fishing, spearfishing, diving, snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking, and more. You’ll be about 40 min from La Paz city center and about 2 hours from San José del Cabo.

Getting Around:
The property is about 58 km | 36 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 148 km | 92 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
Other Things to Note:
During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SWIMMING POOL IS OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We apologize for the inconveniences.
We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load
We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
WiFi, SmartTV, bed linens, bath towels, parking, and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.
Guests must climb stairs.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the condo and semi-private terrace. Also, enjoy access to Club Cerralvo Condo swimming pools, jacuzzi, firepit, spa/massage room (extra charge), gym, shared BBQs, and the playground.
