20 mins to city, 5 mins to hwy, 3 mins to shops/food, walk to park. Lake Norman, NASCAR, South Carolina all close by. Worlds largest man made rapids, The White Water Center, a 30 min drive.
This home is our full time residence that we leave to other responsible families/adults while traveling out of town. You will have all the comforts of home here- plenty of toys, activities, and luxuries, BUT, you will also notice our personal belongings stored in out of the way areas. This is not a professional rental so please come knowing this in advance and adhere to the house rules we’ve put into place.
Pool will be closed 11/1/22 to 4/1/23. Heating for the pool is not necessary late May through late September but may be necessary the first few weeks and last few weeks of the season. Please note that a heated pool of this size will require an extra fee, TBD.
Home is located between the Ballantyne and Mathews areas.
