Positive: The property was close to the beach but not super walkable with a family. You have to cross a busy cosway in order to access the beach. The convince to Walmart and other stores is great. The views were absolutely incredible and the unit was a great value in terms of size for price per night.
Negative: We didn’t realize the property was on the market and were asked to have potential buyers come through to view the property while we were staying there which made us very uncomfortable. A lot of the furniture was very run down and even broken. The shower door in the master bathroom would not open and close and we found spots throughout the house were there was scum build up which was unsettling. Supplies were very minimal for a larger family which led to daily dishwasher runs and trips to the store to get basics like sugar and cleaning supplies. Overall the location was great but the state of the furniture and overall unit was not up to the standard the pictures convey. We aren’t likely to stay at this unit or building again. There are similar units in buildings closer to the beach that are around the same price point and in much better condition
