Resort-style home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and luxury kitchen. There is so much to do and enjoy. The 1.5 acres have lots of privacy and amenities, including a large pool, spa, lighted tennis (2 pickleball) court, basketball hoop, citrus trees, bar-b-q, outdoor dining, and seating areas. Workout equipment (elliptical, spin bike and trampoline).
Beds for 12 adults. Airstream trailer with 2 beds and 3/4 bath available for an extra $90 per night. Baby and kid-friendly items are available. Office desk and printer.
The fee to heat the pool to 80 degrees is $50 per day from June 1 to September 15, and $90 per day from September 16 to May 31. There is no fee to heat the spa.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood where loud noise after 9 PM quickly generates calls to law enforcement or VRBO. DJ equipment and bringing your own stereo equipment or sound systems is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Summary: The house was fantastic for a large group like ours. We really had a great time, played tennis, pickleball, swam, and jumped on the bonus trampoline almost all day. Inside the main living space (kitchen/dining/living room) is the highlight of the house and we spend most of our indoor time there. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and we tested it with large dinners (for 13) cooked there each night. The "art studio" was a huge hit with the 3 year olds. In general the house is much nicer that it appears in the photos of the listing. The trailer was epic, and those who slept in it thought of it as a unique experience. I think that covers it.
