End unit provides extra light. This single level floor plan gives its guest extra privacy as both bedrooms have an attached bathroom. This unit also has NO WALL TO WALL CARPETING making it fresh and sanitary. There's a high end range in the kitchen and smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom had a king mattress installed in April 2022. Both bathrooms had a down to the studs remodel in December 2024. Luxury vinyl plank flooring & baseboards installed in all rooms November 2024
Internet is also included. There is a peaceful water fall below that creates the rest and relaxation you are looking for. Although this is a garden view unit, there are views of the Pacific from the terrace. You will appreciate its close proximity to the elevator and assigned parking space.
