Cool tile floors run underfoot in the living room, furnished with plenty of comfy seating -- including a sleeper sofa. This sunny space offers views of the Gulf as well as a 39” flat-screen TV. Channel your inner chef in the modern kitchen, equipped with all the cookware and gadgets a recipe could require. Keep the chef company at the spacious breakfast bar, and when it's time to eat, gather at the inviting dining table. Beautiful Gulf views await on your private balcony. Share breakfast at the table, or soak up the sun from a comfy lounge chair. A pair of boardwalks lead directly to the beach. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.
The condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have a 32” TV. Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary suite, detailed with a comfy king-size bed and Gulf-view balcony access. The en-suite primary bathroom features a tub/shower combination. Find a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-size bed in the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom is also equipped with a tub/shower combination.
Needle Rush Point has two unheated pools open year-round -- one with Gulf vistas and the other overlooking Old River. Host a family-style cookout in the shared grill area, then play a friendly game of tennis or volleyball at the on-site courts. Complimentary dock access, boat trailer parking, a boat wash, and kayak storage are also available.
The storied Flora-Bama Yacht Club is 0.3 miles from your door, and Rouses Market has all your grocery needs (five miles). Explore picturesque Big Lagoon State Park, just 15 minutes away by car.
