Welcome to resort living just 47 miles from Manhattan! Black Creek Sanctuary is Mountain Creek's only gated neighborhood, and it's a quick stroll from the base of the ski mountain.
This lovely three bedroom condo comes with a gas fireplace, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, fire place, 60 inch LCD TV, soaking tub, and laundry. Close to Water Park, Wineries, Lakes, Golf & More! Head over to the excitement of the mountain. The unit is ideal for snowboarders and skier, but Mountain Creek offers so much more year round.
Each unit in the Mountain Creek resort is individually owned. You can save a lot of money by renting directly from us (the owners) and enjoy all the extra touches. Rates are considerably lower than those offered by Mountain Creek resort.
Our units sleeps 8 people and is ideal for a family looking for a reasonably priced vacation, or a couple wanting that special romantic get away.

We rent to responsible families and a group of responsible adults who are ALL 24 years of age or older. Any group of individuals will need to list each guest and their ages. We have the right to ask for a drivers license at any time.

HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES
• No smoking of any kind including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, and “pot”
• No illegal drugs in the condo or on the community grounds
• No pets of any kind are allowed in the condo or on the community grounds
• No events or large gatherings in the condo or on the community grounds
• Guest who is executing the booking must be at least 24 years old. If you are a group of friends, then all guests must be 24-year-old or older. We have the right to ask for a copy of each person's driver's license.
• No food or drink other than water is allowed in the bedrooms
• No locals can book a stay unless they communicate with us before a booking is executed
• No more than 8 guests can be in the condo or on the community grounds
• All guests must agree to the community rules posted within the community
• Guest understands this is a self-check in rental and guest agrees they are willing and able to follow the self-check in procedures that will be provided to them before the arrival date.
• The rental nor the community can be used as a house of worship
• No candles can be lite inside the condo or community
• The bed and bed frames cannot be moved
• The furniture cannot be moved
• No extra mattresses can be brought into nor used inside the rental
• No gathering just outside the rental except for the patio or deck and even then its just for the # of people the unit is listed as sleeping.
