Positive: The location was perfect for us since we did not have a car. We were very close to a grocery store and to the center of San Teodoro. The bus station was walking 6 minutes away, where during the summer months the city provided a free bus service that would bring you to different beaches. =D The house was a good seize for us, it had a washing machine and the basic utensils for the amount of time we stayed. The staff was super friendly and Lorenzo was always reliable helping with any kind of questions we had! The twin beds mattresses were comfortable, the mattress from the king bed not as much, however we were able to find a solution. Personally, I would recommend the place for families or a group of max 3 people. Bring extra blankets if you suffer cold easily. A car is definitely not needed (at least not if you are all adults staying there).
