Positive: Massimiliano is a highly courteous host. He greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the place. No surprises, stress-free experience. Immaculate place. Brand new. We loved the decoration. Our room was beautiful. Towels and linens high-end quality. The breakfast area is adorable and the breakfast itself was plenty and diverse. Besides yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc, Massimiliano offered to cook some eggs for us. He also prepared cappuccinos for us. There is a mini fridge with complimentary drinks for his guests. Although the B&B is on a transited street, the rooms don't face the main street, so don't worry about that. There is no noise. The place is one one-minute walk from the Duomo. Our experience surpassed our expectations. We fully enjoyed our stay and will go back the next time we visit Florence.
Negative: Adding hair conditioning would be a plus. That's all. It was honestly perfect.
