Positive: The location is superb within walking distance to the major sites in the walled city. The owner lives next door and was attentive without hovering. The kitchen was stocked with coffee for the Italian expresso maker, milk, orange juice and pastries as well as the usual kitchen items. The property was clean and comfortable.
Negative: I found nothing. wrong. I will mention that it is 2 flights up so it would be difficult for those who are mobility impaired.
Summary: Great location, great host and great apartment.
